Kevin Nikkhoo
CEO & FOUNDER
With more than 32 years of experience in information technology, and an extensive and successful serial entrepreneurial background, Kevin Nikkhoo is the founder of the pioneering security-as-a-service startup CloudAccess. Kevin’s strong analytical skills, leadership and technology savvy have driven several companies to success in their respective markets.
Prior to founding CloudAccess, he headed up the successful technology firm Vertex Systems and was the managing director of the team (Sino-Century Ventures) which guided and launched Actions Semiconductor’s public offering in 2006 (ACTS – NASDAQ). Kevin’s considerable experience also includes a successful appointment as the head of a key IT delegation tasked with representing clients to several international interests.
Kevin is well regarded in the high-tech industry for his visionary innovation. He has been twice named a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, named Partner of the Year multiple times by both Microsoft and Oracle and is the co-author of a book on Windows and servers. Nikkhoo holds a BS in Computer Engineering from McGill University, Master of Computer Engineering at CSU Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Southern California with emphasis in entrepreneurial studies.
Steve Luebke
CHIEF OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Steve Luebke has over 30 years of experience in information technology and 23 years in cyber security detection and prevention. His post military portfolio of experience includes Senior Security Engineer with Teradata; vital infrastructure security supporting in-theater forces in Iraq; CEO of a startup Cyber Security consulting business; and supporting US and coalition war-planning efforts on a secure web-portal
Prior to his civilian experience, he served 25 years on active duty with the US Army in multiple roles including a four year tour as an Assistant Professor at the US Military Academy at West Point.
He is a thought leader and hands-on security practitioner with a solid background in customer support and project management of complex IT deployments. His ability to educate and communicate at the customer level provides a unique ability to reduce technical jargon to layman’s terms.
Steve holds a BS and MS in English and has published technical security articles in trade magazines. He has a certification as a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). Manager, teacher, mentor for several young security engineers.
Grady Johnston

Grady Johnston is a high-performing and results-driven executive with 20+ years of experience leading the strategic growth of information technology (IT) and business development companies. Grady has been defining and executing business plans that maximize growth potential. His proven accomplishments were exceeding targets and goals. A talented communicator, skilled at leading teams towards developing impactful client relationships and proactively building industry connections. He has been responsible for building new infrastructure, channel teams, services teams, and developing processes to grow a regional, national, global presence in multiple verticals. He maintains relationships with leading global companies and serves on several Cyber Security & Technical Advisory Boards in the southeast and Nationally (Education, State, and Federal Gov).
Ciaran Foley

Ciaran is an accomplished senior start-up executive, Board Director, CxO and serial entrepreneur with a track record of innovation, leadership, and start-up experience across multiple business and technology domains, including Internet/Online, Mobile, Digital Marketing & Brand Building, Virtual Reality, Blockchain, Medical, and Security. As the founder of one of the world’s first internet development firms in the early 1990’s Ciaran worked with hundreds of stakeholders at the Executive and C-Level, growing the company over a decade to become one of AT&T's Top 5 Western Region Partners. Clients included Disney, Edison Stadium, Kodak, Buena Vista Pictures, Hughes Raytheon, Mail Boxes, Etc., GS-Battery, and others.
Roger Conroy

Roger has over 20 years’ experience in IT covering all aspects of the IT field with an emphasis in IT security. Prior to coming on board with CloudAccess/Xenex Roger has had a varied career encompassing many different areas of the IT experience in both the public and private sectors as well as city government and public utilities having worked with the City of Palmdale, the Palmdale Water District, West Coast Dental, Affiliated Computer Services (now Xerox business services) and in private consulting.
Roger was a pioneer in the online training space serving as manager for the largest technical training entity at that time as part of the online training pilot program. Roger has a unique background with expertise in IT security, network engineering and design, infrastructure, virtualization, consulting, technical training, and presentation all with a personal easy to understand demeanor and a proven record of success and multiple service awards and recognition with an aggressive approach to the IT security space.
Certification from multiple vendors including MS, Cisco, CompTIA, BPPVE, and trained in advanced security aspects such as Ethical Hacking and more.
