GETTING STARTED WITH PHISHING TRAINING AND AWARENESS 

Step 1: Fill out Phishing Training and Awareness Questionnaire and send it back to us along with list of names and emails for phishing.

Step 2: On the specified date you chose on the questionnaire for the test run, we will send a phishing email to the two email addresses that you chose for the test. Check these emails and look for a specific phishing email that we will show you before the test is run.  

Step 3: Confirm whether the phishing email went through successfully, or if it got caught in spam. Send Support@xenexsupport.com an email confirming this. 

Step 4: XeneX will send you confirmation that everything is good to go with the Phishing Campaigns or if we need to follow up due to any issues with Emails going through.
